A contemporary take on a classic, inspired by the British countryside. Ginger beer, raspberry, basil and citrus notes perfectly compliment the spicy kick of Warner’s award-winning Harrington Dry Gin. Real gin has the countryside in.
Recipe
Method
- Add all the ingredients except the ginger beer to a shaking tin.
- Fill the tin and a highball with fresh cubed ice.
- Shake the drink hard until cold.
- Pour into the highball and top with ginger beer. Garnish and serve.

- 50ml Warner’s Harrington Gin
- 6 Basil Leaves
- 3 Raspberries
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 25ml Sugar Syrup (1:1)
- 50ml Ginger Beer
