A deliciously sweet summer cocktail, with a fruity tang, designed by our team to celebrate the royal wedding between Prince Harry & Meghan.
- 50ml Warner Edwards Honeybee Gin
- 35ml Honey Water
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- Fever-Tree Soda Water
A slice of grapefruit
Fill your glass with ice. Add your Warner Edwards Honeybee Gin, honey water (instructions below!) and lemon juice. Top up with Fever-Tree Soda Water. Give it a quick stir and garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
Making Honey Water:
Mix 1tsp honey into a 75ml of warm water, then leaving to cool (or your gin will be hot!).
To speed things up, you can pop 1tsp honey into a glass, add 25ml hot water, mix until disolved, then add 50ml ice-cold water. Leave to cool if necessary.
