So much of what we do here on Falls Farm is inspired by family, in particular Tom's late mother, Adèle. Without her, we might not have our Harrington Elderflower Gin or our Botanical Garden. The Adèle Cocktail is dedicated to her, and all the inspirational mothers out there. And just like Adèle, this cocktail really will put a smile on your face. With a delicate balance of light floral notes, highlighted by the fresh citrus and cucumber, this is a bright, simple cocktail to be enjoyed year-round.
- 50ml Warner Edwards Harrington Elderflower Gin
- 12.5ml Triple Sec (orange liqueur)
- A squeeze of fresh lemon
- 75ml Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water
Cucumber and orange
Copa glass or highball
Fill your glass with ice (the more, the better!). Add your Harrington Elderflower Gin and Triple Sec. Squeeze a wedge of lemon into your glass, and top up with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water. Give it a quick stir. Garnish with cucumber and orange, leaving them peeking out the top of the glass so that you can really smell their sweet, fresh flavours with every sip.
