People often ask us for alternative ways to serve our Warner Edwards Harrington Sloe Gin so once again we experimented with the fizz. We’re pleased with the results with the raspberry puree adding a touch of sweetness to this winter classic.
- 35ml Warner Edwards Harrington Sloe Gin
- 100ml Prosecco
- 10ml Sugar syrup (optional)
- 10ml Raspberry puree (optional)
Stir all ingredients (excluding the Prosecco) together and pour into coupette glass.
