Designed by our team, this fruity cocktail has a fresh botanical finish and can be served as a short or long drink.
- 50ml Warner Edwards Melissa Lemon Balm Gin
- 4 Muddled Blackberries (or 20ml Blackberry Puree)
- 15ml Lemon juice
- 15ml Sugar syrup
- Fever-Tree Soda Water (if serving as a long drink)
A sprig of mint
Muddle 4 blackberries, add ice, Melissa Lemon Balm Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker. Give it a shake and pour into a martini glass. If serving as a long drink, pour into a copa glass filled with ice and top with Fever-Tree Soda Water. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
