We love experimenting with cocktails, and sometimes we come across a recipe that just works wonders. Our Warner Edwards Harrington Elderflower Gin, with fresh apple juice and Prosecco: it’s a recipe made in heaven. The addition of the fizz makes this the perfect cocktail for a celebration.
- 35ml Warner Edwards Harrington Elderflower Gin
- 100ml Prosecco
- 5ml Sugar syrup
- 10ml Fresh apple juice
Floral garmish or small apple wedge.
Wine glass or Champagne flute.
Shake gin, sugar syrup and apple juice together and pour into champagne flute then top up with Prosecco.
