Relax in the late summer sun with this light and refreshing cocktail. Enjoy over ice garnished with a slice of lemon and a couple of raspberries.
- 35ml Warner Edwards Honeybee Gin
- 15ml Lemon juice
- 15ml Homemade honey water
- 4 Fresh Raspberries or 10ml Raspberry puree
- Fever-Tree Ginger Ale
A slice of lemon and some raspberries.
Muddle 4 fresh raspberries. Shake all the ingredients (other than the Ginger Ale) together with ice and then strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with Fever-Tree Ginger Ale and give it a stir. Garnish with a slice of lemon and add a couple of raspberries. Cheers!
How to make Honey Water:
Mix 1tsp honey into a 75ml of warm water, then leaving to cool (or your gin will be hot!)
To speed things up, you can pop 1tsp of honey into a glass, add 25ml hot water, mix until dissolved, then add 50ml ice-cold water. Leave to cool if necessary.
