The Botanical Garden limited edition range is created using various herbaceous plants foraged from what was originally Tom’s mother’s garden, now converted into the distillery's Botanical Garden. Adèle, was a keen gardener and W.E. use her garden to build our botanical flavour profile to develop a range of beautifully balanced gins.
